  • 1 ripe pear, cored and quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped, pitted dates
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries (set several aside for garnish)

DescriptionDescription  A pretty, raw cranberry dish to add beauty and nutrition to your holiday meals.
InstructionsInstructions  Place all ingredients in food processor bowl. Pulse until desired consistency. Can add about 1/4 cup pure maple syrup for added sweetness if desired. Refrigerate. Serve in a pretty bowl and garnish with a few raw cranberries and pecans.
NotesNotes  I use organically grown ingredients whenever possible, especially the apple, pear and orange.
