DescriptionDescription  An easy and tasty way to serve a basic white fish. Can be served with fresh green beans and coleslaw or a tossed salad.
InstructionsInstructions  Rinse fish fillets under cold water. Pat dry. Place in buttered glass baking dish. Mix together Vegenaise, lemon juice, onion, dry mustard, marjoram, parsley and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth. Spread over fish fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove lid and bake about 10 more minutes or until fish is flaky and nicely browned.
NotesNotes  Buy wild caught fish instead of farm raised fish. I've used Orange Roughy and Blue Hake with this recipe.
