Easy Supper Egg Dish

organic cottage cheese

organic shredded cheddar cheese

Herbamare

cayenne pepper

Description
An easy to prepare, yet filling and healthy supper dish. Add a green salad or spinach salad along with some fresh fruit for a wholesome meal.
Instructions
Place eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat with whisk until combined well. Stir in cottage cheese, green chiles and shredded cheese. Mix well. Then stir in flour, baking powder, Herbamare and cayenne. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
Notes
Spelt is a grain that is similar to wheat, although spelt is higher in protein and is tolerated better by people suffering with food allergies. Spelt flour is found in the health food section of the grocery store. Once opened, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
